As a returning customer, one of the things that I most appreciate at PCCHH is the staff. From the initial phone contact, where we determine what might best suit my needs, to the day of service-the staff are warm, knowledgeable, and personable.
The front desk staff is warm and inviting and the therapist who will be providing me with my service really takes the time to understand not only what is bothering me, but also what IS working for me, what has worked in the past, and what calls to the both of us for what will happen during our time together.

Beth always listens to my needs and makes my experience memorable and enjoyable. She is a wonderful therapist and always in tune to my needs. Thank you for creating a relaxing environment and atmosphere.

I scheduled a hot stone muscle melt with Diane today as a treat to myself after a very stressful month. The visit far exceeded my expectations. This was my first session with Diane and I can't wait for my next. She was not only an exceptional therapist, she had a wonderful personality and made me feel at ease and relaxed instantly. I have had other hot stone massages in the past, but this was he best so far! I feel so relaxed and de-stressed. I'll be back soon. Thank you! It was a perfect experience!

Diane and Beth made my 7-year-old feel incredibly special. They were fun and funny, and she felt very pampered during our "Mommy and Me massage". She was sad to leave and said, "Mom, this was the best day of my life. I wish we could have stayed forever. I feel like a noodle!" Seriously, she's relaxed and ready to return ASAP!

My therapist today just seemed to understand what I needed AND she totally delivered! Now that I have had the privilege of multiple visits to PCCHH, I know I will never be disappointed and I feel better as soon as the appointment is made!

Probably best massage I've had ... or at least I can remember ... and I've had a lot in my lifetime. I wasn't too hot, I wasn't uncomfortable in anyway... the water mattress features is something I really wish was a standard practice now! It made a huge difference. They checked in just enough (I don't like to chit chat) and their pressure was spot-on. The room was perfectly low lit and quiet. If I lived in Pittsburgh, this would be my go-to place for sure!

Massages with Beth are a great treat, I keep coming back! She always makes sure she customizes the treatment and checks in afterwards.
