Cellular expansion has allowed me to let go of the anger I had been holding onto for the past year and a half. Through regular sessions, not only am I more relaxed and better able to move on in my daily life, but my constant neck and back ache has been greatly reduced. After each session with Nikki I feel renewed, refreshed, and ready to meet my obstacles with a newfound strength. The massage sessions with Nikki rejuvenate and energize me for days on end. I can also feel my tension levels drastically reduce during the session! It is my firm belief that more people should try either cellular expansion and/or a massage session with Nikki to combat stress, tension, and the general craziness of everyday life!

I am so lucky to have found PCCHH! Diane is the best massage therapist that I have ever had in the 20 years that I've been able to get massages. She works out so much tension and is able to find all the tender spots but address them without pain. The customization and variety of techniques available is outstanding. They even customize the scent of the oil. They also recommended a CBD cream that I purchased and am extremely satisfied with. The office will put you on a waitlist and then call you in order when there are cancellations. This is how I got my initial appointments but now that I'm a regular, they let me schedule out for the year. I cannot recommend PCCHH enough! They are a critical part of treatment team.

Nikki is absolutely marvelous! She listens carefully to my needs and life situation and then gives treatment suggestions. She has a magical touch!

The overall visit was wonderful! It was my first message “ever”, I was nervous and the staff and especially Beth took such great care of me I felt immediately at ease-her hands are a miracle!
