I had ankle surgery a year ago and my lower back has become very sore from over compensating to the point I've had a lot of trouble walking. It has been months that my one side has been numb. During my session my leg began had feeling again and by the end I felt like I could walk normal for the first time in a very very long time. I can['t wait to go back and get another treatment and hope that this next one I can continue to get relief and relaxation!

I had heard about Reflexology but never tried it, so when the opportunity presented itself to have a session with Beth, I was anxious to see what this was all about. Beth has a gentle way of making her clients feel very relaxed from the start, and that feeling carries on throughout the entire session. There is a sense of peace the moment you walk into her room, and she makes you feel very comfortable and cared for. She was very thorough, finding out which physical issues I was dealing with and what I had hoped to gain from the session. Her gentle, skilled touch relaxed me completely from the beginning and I could feel the tension just drain from my body. I never realized so much could be learned from "getting a sense of ones feet". I am pleased to say it was an extremely positive and relaxing experience. Beth is wonderful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking into this type of therapy, and I am very much looking forward to my next Reflexology session with her.
